Marcel Koch obtained his PhD in mathematics from the University of Münster in 2021. After joining KIT the same year, he became a core maintainer for the Ginkgo library. He is the technical lead for the bwRSE4HPC project at SCC. His main interests is sustainable software development, research software engineering, and high-performance computing.
