Indico (Integrated Digital Conference) is an open-source web application for organizing events of various sizes - from internal meetings to international conferences.

Included services

  • Definition, creation and workflows for planning, presenting and publishing conferences on the web are integrated into the system.
  • Instructions for use are online.
  • Creation of event categories and initial authorizations are set on request: indico-support ∂does-not-exist.scc kit edu

Services not included

  • Payment and billing module not integrated.
  • Indico is not a tool for holding online conferences.
  • Help with creating and managing events is not offered, reference to INDICO documentation: https: //learn.getindico.io/

Organizational requirements

Is available for all KIT members to create events themselves.

Technical requirements

Access via browser and active KIT account to manage events on the system, worldwide read access is possible via browser.
