How do I install a printer from the print server?
Open the file explorer and enter \\scc-fmc-print. Locate the printer you need. Right-click on it and select "Connect". Detailed information can be found in the instructions.
A new colleague needs equipment for her workstation. Can you help?
Ask your colleague to log in to the SCC ticket system (customer login with KIT account) Create a new ticket using the template "TechClientSupport: device request". You can request devices from our standard range which include laptops/PC, docking stations, monitors, mouse, keyboard, webcam, speakers, headset.
