You should answer the following questions:

- Was the computer switched on?

- Was the computer connected to the data network?

- Was the TSM Scheduler or the TSM Client Acceptor (CAD) running on this computer?

- Was the TSM server available at the time of the backup?
(If necessary ask the SCC)

Check the entries in the log files
- dsmwebcl.log (Only if you use the TSM Client Acceptor (CAD))
