Is anything known about the status of the data network at the time of the backup?

Check the entries in the log files
- dsmwebcl.log (Only if you use the TSM Client Acceptor (CAD))
- dsmsched.log
- dsmerror.log

Check the status (end of the last complete backup) of the filespaces.
