General configuration

Username: KIT-account@kit.edu
- Example students: uxxxx@kit.edu / employees: ab1234@kit / Guests and Partners: ab1234@kit.edu
- Authentication with e-mail address doesn’t work in the KIT WLAN
- For employees: You can look up your KIT account here: https://my.scc.kit.edu/shib/accountinformationen
Anonymous identity: anonymous ∂does-not-exist.kit edu
Certificate from radius-wlan.scc.kit.edu is accepted

Do you use a different opperating system than the listed below?

It is important that you select TTLS (internal authentication PAP) or PEAP (internal authentication MSCHAPv2) as the EAP type.

Most operating systems already include the required CA certificate ISRG Root YE (alternative ISRG Root X2 or ISRG Root X1). If not, you can obtain it here (root certificate). For help with usernames and anonymous identities, see "General Information."
