• Campus Management System (CAS Campus)

  • The Campus Management System "CAS Campus" is the central information system at KIT for the management of all processes related to studying and teaching.

The Campus Management System "CAS Campus" is used at KIT for the following areas in the context of studies and teaching, among others:

  • Application and Admission Management (BZM)
  • Event Management (VAM)
  • Room Booking Management (RBM)
  • Examination Management (PRM)
  • Degree Program Management (SGM)
  • Student Management (STM) - part.

Access and registration

Access to CAS Campus is exclusively granted to KIT employees. Students please use the Campus Management Portal for Students (Student Portal). Prospective students can apply for a study program via the KIT application portal.

If you need access to CAS Campus, please contact the authorization officer or the management of your KIT faculty.

Only a current web browser is required to access CAS Campus (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). No VPN connection is required.

If you have been granted access by the KIT faculty, you will log in using your KIT account and the corresponding password via the KIT single sign-on system (Shibboleth). For the login to CAS Campus a token is required (2-factor authentication), which will be requested during the login process.

Help and Support

Direct help and support in using CAS Campus is available from the Teaching and Examination Organization (LPO) department of the Service Unit "Study and Teaching" (SLE). SLE also offers regular training in the use of CAS Campus.

In case of technical problems or errors, please contact the Campus Support of SCC by e-mail. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible in the e-mail and attach meaningful screenshots.
