Passwords have to be comprised of at least one character of each of the following four character sets:
Capital letters of the Roman alphabet:
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
Lower-case letters of the Roman alphabet:
a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z
Numbers:

Special characters:
! " $ % & ´ ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ and the ASCII space character
Password Length
Passwords are required to have a minimum length of eight characters.
Utilization of Passwords
Passwords that are created in the scope of the KIT are not to be used on systems not belonging to the scope of the KIT (e.g. accounts on private computer systems or external websites, mail or instant messaging services).
Propagation of Passwords
Passwords for personal KIT accounts are not to be imparted with other people (e.g. superiors, secretary staff, IT-Beauftragte, and also co-workers, friends, relatives or partners).
