Finance and HR reports

The reports from SAP-BW can be accessed via this app. The SAP-BW system is a standardized tool for all recipients of financial and personnel reports at KIT and is used to provide information for internal budget control and planning, as well as to fulfill external reporting and information requirements. The following additional requirements are necessary to use the financial and personnel reports:

• Installed MS Office version (32 or 64 bit)
• Installed Analysis for Office (AO) add-on
• VPN special access (kit-vpn2vlan.ovpn): within the KIT <KIT-Account>@sap; outside the KIT <KIT-Account>@sap-von-aussen

When using the app for the first time, you must switch once from the SAP standard view to the KIT-specific view. To do this, click on "Standard" at the top left and then on "Manage". Then use the button to select the "KIT" view as the default and click "OK". You can then use the KIT view via the view selection.

The app is currently only available in German.
