How do I log in to OneDrive for Business via the web interface?

Open https://kit0-my.sharepoint.com/ and log in with your KIT account in the following format: ab1234 does-not-exist.kit edu or ab2233@partner.kit.edu.

How can I see how much of my storage space I have already used?
In OneDrive web interface, go to Settings (Gear icon) > OneDrive settings > Storage. There you will see the total amount of storage and the storage currently in use. Another way to check your storage usage is in the Quick Access section at the bottom left in the web interface.

How do I share files or folders with others?

Select the file or folder in OneDrive, click Share, and select the email address of the person you want to share with. You can specify whether the person can edit or only view the file.

Can I also share documents with external people?

Yes, if you want to share content with external people, click Share and enter the external email address in the input field.

What happens if I accidentally delete a file?

Deleted files are moved to the OneDrive Recycle Bin. You can restore the files from there within 30 days. Open the Recycle Bin via the web interface and click Restore. 

Can I restore older versions of a file?

Yes. OneDrive for Business automatically saves older versions of files. Open the file in the web interface, click
