We supervise both bachelor's and master's theses. Current topic suggestions in numerical mathematics include:

• Dimension-Dependent Performance of Quasi-Monte Carlo Methods for Uncertainty Quantification in Chemical Reaction Networks

• Neural Operators for Quantum Transport: Learning Wigner Dynamics Across the Semiclassical Regime

• Monte Carlo Adjoints

• Pseudo-time stepping

• From Low-Rank to Hero? Optimization of Radiotherapeutic Plans Using Dynamical Low-Rank Algorithms for Dose Calculation

In Mathematics Education, we offer the following topics:

• (Further) development and testing of digital teaching and learning materials for mathematical modeling

• Modeling a real-world problem, including a didactic perspective

• Research on the use of teaching materials from the Computational and Mathematical Modeling Program (CAMMP)
