    Under the KIT contract, employees can purchase a single-user license. This is the "Team" license package, which optionally includes the Write add-on. Data processing takes place within the European Data Boundary. Accounts and licenses are administered automatically; users log in using their KIT account via a convenient single sign-on.

    Requirements and funding must be clarified within the organizational unit (OU) prior to booking.
    During the term, licenses can be transferred to other accounts within the OU.

The DeepL Pro Team Translate and DeepL Pro Team Write packages are special offerings from DeepL for teams that need translation (Translate) and writing (Write) services. Both packages offer advanced features such as team management, higher character limits, and workflow integration, but they differ in their focus: Translate focuses on automated translations, while Write specializes in AI-powered text creation and optimization.
