The seminar takes place every Wednesday, 11:00-12:00 in the SCC building on the North campus, ForHLR visualization room.

In this seminar, we deal with current research topics in the groups Computational Science & Mathematical Methods (CSMM) and Fixed-Point Methods for Numerics at Exascale (FINE). Especially, these include all research topics of the Simulation Labs at SCC (https://www.scc.kit.edu/forschung/5960.php), interdisciplinary and industry problems, as well as follow-up topics to the coursesIntroduction to Kinetic TheoryandUncertainty Quantification.We put a particular focus on mathematical models and computational methods that are immediately relevant for applications.
