Research Interests: Controlled vocabularies, multilingual ontology matching, digital humanities

In my PhD research, I work on the reusability of domain-specific thesauri in the Digital Humanities. The focus is on supporting multilingual research data and on developing low-threshold tools that have a tangible positive impact on everyday work.

A key part of my work is the automated integration of multiple domain-specific thesauri. The goal is to meaningfully connect existing knowledge resources and to develop solutions that are stable, maintainable, and do not rely on unnecessarily complex IT infrastructures.

In addition to my research, I am interested in cyber security and Docker administration and regularly apply this knowledge in practice. In my daily work, I value transparent workflows, open documentation, and networked collaboration based on Working Out Loud principles, as practical exchange almost always leads to better results.
